Bridges of Asheville – Asheville’s only true riverfront community – is tucked along the banks of the French Broad River, offering more than one mile of unspoiled, river access.

At the heart of Bridges of Asheville is an inviting riverside community Clubhouse that offers the perfect place for get-togethers with family and friends. A community River Park, spans the banks of the French Broad and boasts kayak and canoe launch sites, walking trails and an already completed River Park and Pavilion.
