Created by The Preserve Communities, Bridges of Asheville is a private mountain community that has been carefully crafted along the banks of the French Broad River near downtown Asheville. This gated retreat offers breathtaking views of the French Broad River valley and Blue Ridge Mountains as well as outstanding natural amenities.

More than one mile of unspoiled river access is highlighted by a River Park that features hard surface walking trails, spots to swim or launch a kayak and a covered pavilion and cookout area. Overlooking the French Broad is a grand River Clubhouse that will offer gracious gathering areas for family and friends as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center and swimming pool.

Bridges of Asheville offers mountain homesites with meadow, mountain and river views that have been created by The Preserve Communities to protect much of the land’s native flora. The 298-acre community will also offer charming river cottages that feature sweeping views of French Broad River.
